ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यम् ।
भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ।।
ॐ = ब्रह्म;
भूर्भुवः = पृथ्वी तथा त्यस माथिको सबै;
स्वः = आफ्नो;
तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं =
भर्गो =
देवस्य = देवताहरूको;
धीमहि = स्विकार गरून्;
धियो = ज्ञान, विद्वत्;
यो = उनि (ईश्वर) ;
नः = हाम्रो;
प्रचोदयात् = प्रज्वलित गर्नु ;
OM. I adore the Divine Self who illuminates the three worlds –
physical, astral and causal; I offer my prayers to that God who
shines like the Sun. May He enlighten our intellect.
विद्या मित्रं प्रवासेषु भार्या मित्रं गृहेषु च।
रुग्णस्य चौषधं मित्रं धर्मो मित्रं मृतस्य च॥
प्रवासको मित्र विद्या, घरको मित्र श्रीमती ।
बिरामीको मित्र औषधि, मृत्योपरान्तको मित्र धर्म ॥
Education is the friend at foreign land,
Wife is the friend at home.
Medicine is the friend at sickness.
Dharma is the friend at/after death.
ब्रहमार्पणं ब्रहमहविर्ब्रहमाग्नौ ब्रहमणा हुतम् ।
ब्रहमैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रहमकर्मसमाधिना ॥
ॐ सह नाववतु ।
सह नौ भुनक्तु ।
सह वीर्यं करवावहै ।
तेजस्विनावधीतमस्तु ।
मा विद्विषावहै ॥
ॐ शान्ति: शान्ति: शान्ति:: ॥
The items we use to feed ourselves are Brahman.
The food itself is Brahman.
The fire of hunger we feel is Brahman.
We are Brahman and the process of eating and digesting the food is the action of Brahman.
Finally, the result we obtain is Brahman.

एको ब्रह्म द्वितीयोनास्ति
ब्रह्म मात्र छन्, दोश्रो केही छैन ।
ब्रह्म सत्यं जगत् मिथ्या
ब्रह्म सत्य संसार झुठा ।
सत्यम् शिवम् सुन्दरम् ।
सत्य नै शिव हो, शिव नै सुन्दरता हो ।
